I've got a cracked TomTom on my iphone, but no way in hell would I pay the 100$ or whatever it costs. So they didn't "lose" a sale to begin with. If anything the real GPS people down the road did. They’re only loosing 3.5% of their sales IF everyone that uses cracked apps on a jailbroken iWhatever was to actually buy the real ones.
